Scrap is stuff you send to be recycled or to the local dump.
Scrappers are people who collect trash and refuse of various types for recycling. Or, it could apply to people who like to create scrapbooks of mementos.
When you are trying to obtain data from a web page, you scrape it, you don't scrap it. If you are trying to do this using a piece of software or automated process, that's a scraper, not a scrapper.
I don't normally rag on people about spelling (and I've certainly misspelled a word or two now and then) but this particular misspelling drives me nuts, particularly since so many Kodi users don't seem to know the difference. This is like one of these:
