Power Pi inside Kodi?
#1
I realize there is documentation that came with my Pi that specifically says it does NOT have any sort of power functions. However, if I'm in Kodi, I can use the power menu, or the power button on my remote, to "shut down" Kodi. I assume this is simply turning off the program running on the OS (OpenELEC). Once that has happened though, is there any way to get Kodi to come back on if I press the power button on my remote again? I know I've only had my Pi a few days, but it does seem to get rather hot, and I'd like to be able to shut it down when I'm not using it without having to physically unplug it. Has anybody come up with a solution for this? Is there maybe some sort of remote control "in-line" adapter I could use?
