Hey guys im new on these forums i joined because id like to see if anyone can solve my problem i searched through internet for hours and couldnt find the solution.

Im using an external player with kodi and its set up properly because the player starts when i start the video but the problem is with some movie sites i cant play some sources :/ i tried 10 different external players and still the same it cant start the video or the player crashes and says "cant play video" or "format not supported" but when i play the same source with default kodi player it starts normal.

We need a Debug log (wiki) to start with.
So we can see what kind of file it is and what your system specs are.

From your vague description of your problem you are probably using piracy add-ons / sources and are trying to a avoid mentioning them. Is it any if these?
