Windows 10 running Kodi 15.1 using Ortek remote control (Logitech Harmony One)

Strange problem, out of the blue the Play, Pause and Stop suddenly stopped working on my remote when using Kodi. I've tried re-installing Kodi, wiping settings during this, rolling back to 15.0, using the original remote (the Ortek one), still the same problems.

Anyone have a clue why this might be doing this, very frustrating!

Update, well, I've bought a Microsoft e-home IR receiver off eBay and I've ditched the Ortek one, I re-programmed the Logitech remote to be a Microsoft remote, play and pause now work, but stop still does not. Strange, this does appear to be a Kodi issue, is there any idea how I can force a stop command to be recognised by Kodi?
