What to do to watch live ISS above us...link in programs does not work... I think I am on Gotham...some TV links work many do not work...I am new here...Thanks for help...

You can always check the version by going into settings>system info>Summary information. There's no reason not to update to the latest version, and I would encourage you to update. The Nasa add-on is what you're looking for and the latest in the repository seems to be V2.0.1 written by Tristan Fischer. I just checked it, and found it working well; although there wasn't any live streams at this moment, it played back recent archived items like the announcement of finding water on mars. Sometimes the path for the livestreams need to be adjusted, and timely updates bring them into operation.
