Hi,

I have win7, Kodi 16 a3 (This issue been also in older versions).
When I change the keyboard to Hebrew then there are no letters in the keyboard, just numbers.
I use the English Kodi and want to be able to change just the keyboard to Hebrew when searching movies.

Am I doing something wrong that it's not working?

you need to select a different font, the one you're using doesn't contain hebrew characters.
in case you're using the confluence skin:
Settings > Appearance > Skin > Fonts > Arial based
