every time i try and play a movie or tv show it freezes but i still have sound and i have 2 shut my pc off so im on windows 10 version and been trying 2 find something 2 fix this but cant cuz i dont know what im looking for since im new 2 this from a friend thats in the uk... if u need 2 know anything about my pc just ask and i will try and answer it...

Welcome to thr forum. But as a general rule, please use the search function first. A search for "freeze" will give you several threads about this. But a quick summary, there is an error in your current and catalyst driver graphics driver, so manually download the latest betal driver, which should be something like 15.8 beta. You might have to uninstall the old driver first.
