When my post are moved to "off-topic" I can not reply, post or add anything to them. Can admin PM me and tell me why?

we move posts to offtopic when they're not directly related to kodi.
i've briefly had a look at you previous posts and you seem to be having specific questions about an android box you've bought in combination with your tv.
those questions are better directed at the company that sells these boxes.
you can't create new posts (threads) in the offtopic forum, but you should be able to reply to existing posts.
so make sure you hit the 'post reply' button and not the 'post thread' one.

I thought they are more software/settings related to the 4.4.2 android

This is the Kodi forum. This is not a place for general Android help. Kodi is only one application of many that can run on Android.

Well... Under Kodi 15.2 .. settings-video-accelaration-decoding method- Turn from hardware To SOFTWARE, exited kodi and restarted. Fixed my locking up issue with the Samsung 6300 and zoomed in to the upper left corner issue. The keyboard / or control + alt wouldn't toggle the "windowed" section.
