Is there a recommended HD Cable box input for PCs that has the following?
I realize HDCP workarounds are available and I'd be willing to spend whatever is less. e.g. if the device is HDCP complaint or non-HDCP compliant with a workaround. I was looking at a Slingbox but they're getting greedy with ads placed before streaming begins and only putting HDMI in the highest model.

- Windows 10 Compatible, Preferably Certified
- Kodi compatible
