I have a problem when installing any addon from addon installer it says on the log

Error Contents: (2, 'No such file or directory', 'C:\\Users\\Jos\xc3\xa9\\AppData\\Roaming\\Kodi\\addons\\packages\\Navi-X.zip')

This is the correct path:
special://home/ is mapped to: C:\Users\José\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\

Notice José as an e - acute .
I think for some reason is not reading the e - acute
