I install kodi and vdr and and xvdr and other plugins on opensuse 13.2.
But the xvdr does not exist in kodi
Please help me

Why do you want to use xvdr instead of vnsi?

Because I cannot connect to vnsi.
I have the "conection lost" problem in kodi.

You have to build it yourself, iirc.
