Hi

Im due to buy my first box to install kodi.

I want one thats under £50

That pref is quad core but dual ok if not.

Been advised MXQ or M8.

Can anyone else suggest others or say which they think out the above is better?

Must be in UK not sent from CHINA or USA
*want to try and have it before this weekend

Thanks Wink

**want to just relatively plug and play (aparr from build and repos addons) as not sure on side loading yet so must be able to access google play store as credit on it and ised on all other household devices. So amazon fire not suitable as locked to amazon appstore.

Read through this list if you want a detailed list of what works and what is rubbish:

- I recommend AMLogic
- The MK808B Plus is also worthy of consideration.

- A decent OpenELEC image running on an AMLogic S805 device will run rings around any version of Android KitKat

I recently bought a Minix Neo x5 and I can't get it to work. My wireless conection runs slow and Kodi (Xbmc) doen't reconnaize my external HD in the USB port. All of this probably because I'm not very good with Android. Can someone help a newbie?
Thanks.
