What add on do i choose from the list of pvr manager?i tried downloading an add on and it kept freezing on like 18% of downloading

You need to be more specific as to your problem. Also you have posted in the Music Add-ons section not the PVR section.

Well im using raspberry pi2 aling with kodi and im trying to set up live tv with add ons. I trying to find a tutorial or how to but theres so many of them out there and its so confusing.

which PVR backend have you running and which OS are you running on your PI (OSMC, OpenElec, debian)? Also, providing a Debug Log might help

I think you misunderstand what kodi is about, and what is allowed here.
