The latest Kodi 15.2 constantly crashes on windows 8.1 when NOT in use.

Please see the attachment for several logs and dmp files.

Your drop box file, is a folder listing of some dump files and log files, not the contents. Please use http://xbmclogs.com/ for your paste and link that URL back to this thread. (zip files can contain unwelcome surprises).
