Is there a way to add a specific / multiple youtube channels in a seperate section in kodi ? For ex : I have subscribed to cooking channels. Would want there videos to be in one seperate section called "Food" in Kodi.

Thread moved to OS independent.
Have a look at the YouTube Library add-on. Combined with a skin that can be customised to show a folder you could probably do what you are looking for.
Or maybe something similar using Super Favourites and the normal YouTube Add-on.
