You can make an nfo for 750 files, it won't take as long as you think, just make one, paste it 750 times, open like 100 at a time, and edit the title and save and exit.
I made like 400 nfos for TV show extras a few months ago and it had more fields than just the title, and it took like an hour maybe.
You can also edit the title directly in Kodi.
