So the last time I used XBMC was 2005 back with the original xbox , alot has changed. I have been using Plex for about a month. Getting ready to learn KODI.

What I am trying to do:

The way Plex HT works combined with an android tablet as a remote.

eg:
Plex HT runs on pc.
Plex mobile runs on the tablet.
Connect Plex mobile as remote for Plex HT On the tablet
On the table you can now see artwork and metadata.
when you click play it loads on pc Plex HT.

I want the same thing for Rom Collection Browser

ex:
KODI with Rom Collection Browser runs on pc.
Connect Android tablet to KODI.
View Rom Collection Browser on tablet.
See all art work and metadata on tablet.
click play on tablet.
Emulator load games on pc.

Can this be done?

edit: the tablet would not be the emulator remote control. Pc version of KODI and Rom Collection Browser would function just the same.
