So I've checked the suggested userdata location to access confluence home.xml Cause I just want to move the TV buttun to the left of the movie button.

Everything else IE all the addonfiles and scripts but no skin files. I've even searched my whole computer and can't seem to find the file. Any suggestions?
I have a windows comp and can find it very easily.

Confluence is not installed in userdata, rather it is located with the system files. Only additional skins will be found in the userdata section.

Cool thanks a lot! Just a little right click on the actual program, open up the contents and I found it. I'm using EL Capitan BTW which hides everything.

just for future reference for other's here's the path I found:

/Applications/Kodi.app/Contents/Resources/Kodi/addons/skin.confluence/720p
