Is there any PVR clinet other than PVR IPTV Simple Client that is free and does not require software\tuners etc?

Th Kodi PVR clients are designed to interface with 3rd party PVR backend software and tuner hardware that capture and record your terrestrial or cable TV signal.

While that addon is free using FilmOn itself requires a subscription and that costs money.

There are plenty of legally free over-the-air broadcast channels if you got a tv-tuner that can recieve the signal.
