Is there any PVR clinet other than PVR IPTV Simple Client that is free and does not require software\tuners etc?

Th Kodi PVR clients are designed to interface with 3rd party PVR backend software and tuner hardware that capture and record your terrestrial or cable TV signal.
If you are looking for ways to get free TV, you've come to the wrong forum.

I think there is a filmon PVR add-on.
