Apple Movie Trailers being added to My Videos list
#1
I have been using AMT for several months but have recently begun to see a new behavior. If I launch AMT and view some trailers, they play as expected. However, the next time I start XBMC and go into My Videos in Library View, at the top of the list of videos I have are blank video titles (just a blank line with a generic icon that if I select begin to play the trailers that I had previously watched.

I have verified in the AMT settings that the trailers are set to stream and not save to hard drive.

This behavior happens with the AMT that comes with the T3CH build (2-1-07 and previous builds) and the AMT script that comes with the xTV skin. I have also tried the updated AMT (updated through v0.93.5 to 0.95.1) and the build from the SVN and all are doing the same thing. I have tried it using the PMIII skin and xTV and it happens with both (wanted to eliminate the skin even though I didn't think it would matter).

So each time I reboot, if I have previously watched trailers, I have to manually delete them from the Library to remove them.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior or is there a setting that I can change?

Yes, it's not a script issue though. Seems any streaming video does it, but only once. I'll mention it to a developer.

Thanks Nuka1195. I don't stream other things so didn't know it was more widespread. I was trying to pinpoint where it was coming from from the many choices, skin, script or XBMC itself.

Glad to know, at least, that it is not specific to me or my setup.
