RetroPlayer branch of Kodi is however still under early development stages so not exactly prime for novice end-users.

I doubt you would find ones with roms, as thats illegal. U will have to supply your own

With inbuild roms... no, but with an addon that dowload on the fly free roms from internet archive site, yes.

I presume these "free" downloadable roms are non copyright and 100% legal?
