So I think that's what you would call my issue. Basically what's going on is some movies are showing the wrong amount of speakers. I just ripped the new hobbit movies using DTS-hd master audio 7.1 soundtrack. In MediaElch it shows that it has the 7.1 sound track. But for some reason in Kodi it's showing 5.1 on the info screen. I hope this makes sense the issue I'm having. Anybody know if there is a way I can fix this the same way I can change the mpaa rating?

Thanks for the heads up. I don't normally get betas or others and just grab final releases.

The issues was we couldn't decode the full DTS-HD 7.1 before, now we can. NOTE decode is completely different from passthrough.

So another question, if I look on the info screen and it says DTS-hd ma then I'm good even if it says anything from 2.0 to 5.1 under the speakers? With Jarvis or Isengard it's playing the correct amount of speakers? I know that when I look at my reciever it displays DTS-he master audio so I take it that it's good.
