http error 410: The Web server (running the Web site) thinks that the URL requested by the client (e.g. your Web browser or our CheckUpDown robot) is no longer available from that system. This is not a 'never heard of it' response, but a 'does not live here any more' response.

im guessing that kodi wants a newer version of python than linux mint is offering as all the errors center around python

All addons are in python. I dont know if python is your problem, others would have to speak to it. But i believe we would see straight up errors stating incompatibilities in the log, not these issues. Your aljazera problem is that the videos dont exist, nothing to do with Kodi or the addon. The PBS one looks specific to that addon

Ok but they exist on my antergos boxes and pbs plays on them easily enough.

I'll repeat what fritsch (a kodi developer) said, and what i have said. The problem is with the addon, not Kodi. Please talk to the addon owner/dev
