Windows Only options under $150

Looking for a windows mini pc for around $150. Was looking at the following but they all are lacking one thing or another.
As a minimum id like to have 32GB SSD, Gigabit Port, USB 3.0, HDMI port and good/great Wifi capabilities. Still using an N router but hope to be updating soon.
Will be used for bedroom TV streaming from NAS over Wifi.

The MINIX NEO Z64 is about as close to what im looking for but no USB 3.

Zotac ZBOX-BI320-U-W2 Questionable hardware (never been a huge fan of Zotac stuff)
Open box can be had for $139 although its not clear if it comes with Wifi or not. One site says it does and another that it doesnt.

Lenovo Q190 if it goes on sale for $150 like it has in the past.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

The Neo Z64 also doesn't have what most would describe as an SSD (i.e. not SATA, mSATA, m2) instead it has eMMC 5.0. This may be a bit slower than a decent M2 SSD.

Thanks for the reply folks. The Tronsmart looks like it might be a contender. Looks like no Gigabit but at this price and the fact that I'm using wireless anyways, I guess I cant expect everything now can i.

100Mbs is fine for streaming a single Blu-ray unrecompressed stream. GigE is really only an issue if you are running a NAS on the platform or need to use it as a route to transfer content - or are running a major TV Headend set-up.

I just posted this to the Black Friday thread, but it seems to meet your requirements.

"On Amazon:

Acer Revo Build Mini Desktop (Intel Celeron, 2GB RAM, 32GB SSD, Windows 10 $129.00

http://amzn.com/B0169MEX1E

It's a Celeron N3050U 1.6GHz, so not super fast, but with some extra ram it could be decent."

It's so new there aren't any reviews yet, but I'm kinda tempted due to the price. It looks like 4GB of ram would take you right to $150.00. I cant find any info in regards to how many ram slots it has.

Now that looks like a decent setup. The Revo's seem to get decent enough reviews but without any feedback on that particular one, it's tough to pull the trigger. Anyone know how that Celeron N3050 handles Kodi and 1080P or 4K content?

Here's a little mini review to that Acer Revo build unit.

Info on that Acer Revo Build is maddeningly scarce. I did find a video from an event when Acer showed it to the press where the reviewer pulled off the top to show a bay for a 2.5" drive and SATA and power cables.

I might have to take one for the team and order the Revo. If the SSD and memory are replaceable and it handles 1080P and 4K content and the WiFi works well, then I'll be happy. It's sold by Amazon themselves, so a return shouldn't be an issue. I'll do a little unboxing and review once it comes in.

Okay, so I ordered it this morning and it arrived just now with the Acer box obviously having been opened, and it did not power on when plugged in. I'm doing an RMA with Amazon, so we'll try again on friday when the next one comes. It has a single easily accessible ram slot on the bottom, so any extra ram with be the total you can use.

Why on earth would usb3 be a requirement? Usb2 is faster than any media files need.
