For some reasons my Nexus 7 2013 refuse to play .tv videos.
I have tried with Kodi 15 and then 16, no luck.
The video is black or transparent BUT audio plays fine.
Only turning off both hardware accelerations allow to view the video but the playback is junky as hell and that's not an option anyway.
The same video plays fine on my Nexus 5 (CynogenMod 12.1), my LG G4 (CynogenMod 12.1) and my othe LG G4 with stock ROM, on all of this devices with Hardware accel ON and very low CPU usage.
It also play fine on my Windows 10 + Jarvis.
