Hi Guys

As i couldn't find any setting like that in IPTV Simple Client and also couldn't find anything in the forum, i'm starting a fresh thread.

Does IPTV Simple Client have a program reminder function? Or can something like that be upgraded using an addon?
I mean the ability to e.g. mark a tv station from time x to time y or to mark a specific show in the EPG and make Kodi reminding me of the program / TV Show starting soon.

I don't want to record anything, i'd just like to be reminded

I'm running Openelec 6 / Kodi 15.2 on a RPi2

Anyway it's been great work with the addon, #1 PVR for me ...
I read about plans to probably integrate a feature like this in the future:

In the future releases the developer plan on implemented support for timers

Are you still planning timer support in upcoming releases?
