I have an issue since upgrading to Kodi 15.2 from 14.2.
My remote control is a VRC-1100 and on previous versions of XBMC/KODI the volume controls would work the internal volume of Kodi and when using Windows 7, would also operate the system volume. This setup was perfect for me until 15.2.
Now when I use the volume controls it only affects the Windows volume and not Kodi. I've tried it in a vanilla installation and it is the same effect.
When checking through the logs the following text appears when trying to use these buttons.

When doing an online search with these errors, the only thing I can find that is relevant is this thread.
Any suggestions or is this a bug?
