I bought ProBox2 Remote+ for Kodi on Shield TV because it seemed to have so many buttons. Unfortunately most of those buttons are useless: A acts as OK, B and X both act as BACK button, volume controls and home button cannot be overriden to act as something else. Shame my Fire TV remote doesn't pair with Shield TV. Is there any way to fix that button codes (different driver for the remote?) or are they a hardware issue? All in all only arrows, OK, Menu, Mic and Y can be configured for Kodi. A bit to little for my liking, I don't even have buttons for pageup, pagedown.

Solved: I used Multilanguage Keymap Redefiner to give the A, B, X, Y buttons a more sane keycodes.

I used the same app on my GboxQ android box. Works like a charm. The Air Fly Mouse works a lot better on Windows than on Android in my experience. To remap keys on Windows I use Antimicro which works wonders.

Here's me troubleshooting the remote when I first bought it. Might help someone.
