My database is kept on my WHS using MySQL. I have been having this issue for a few versions and I fear it is linked to a problem with the schema. I will delete an mkv and the associated folder off of WHS. When I run a clean library, the entry stays on kodi. If I use kodi to try and play the file it states it cannot be found and would I like to remove it. If I hit yes then that successfully removes it. I would like to avoid deleted the schema and starting over, as I will lose all my watched statuses.
