Hello,

Kodi 15.2 is constantly crashing when I remove the Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter while the program is running.

OS X 10.11.1
MacBook Pro Late 2011, 2.2Ghz i7

Where can I send in a crash log? Can't paste it here, it says "message too long"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect HDMI-Thunderbolt adapter
2. Start a movie
3. While the movie is running, disconnect the adapter
4. Stop the movie by pressing X on the keyboard
