Hey guys,

I bought a box that was pre-loaded with Kodi 15.2 and a bunch of add-ons. I'm trying to remove the add-ons but the uninstall/disable option is greyed out for some of the add-ons? Can anyone help me get around this ?

I also tried to do a hard reset/wipe of the box using a pin but when it was completed and the android box restarted, I found that Kodi was pre-installed with all the add-ons. Tried to remove them all again, but same problem.

Would appreciate any help. There's a lot of junk on this pre-installed kodi app that I wouldn't mind removing so that I can keep/use the box (almost new).

It sounds as if you don't have root access on your Android box. You are going to have to find out how to root your particular box.
