Android Kodi 15.2 leakage when using OpenVPN
#1
Hi,
I use standalone OpenVPN (not a Kodi addon). One thing I noticed is that after I watched something with Kodi, and went to "settings" (again, Android device) to see data usage, I would see "OpenVPN" used ~1GB data, whereas Kodi has used a small <1Mb data. Is this some kind of leakage?
I went on to dnsleaktest.com, and only saw the urls of the OpemVPN providers (with one time exception of a Google url) (my ISP is ATT), so here there is no sign of leakage.
I also tried to set my DNS as static (127.0.0.1) but the problem persists.

Am I safe?

Thanks

Safe from what?

If you're viewing content from legal and reputable sources, what is there to be worried about?
