I am hoping that someone might be able to point a novice in the right direction. If you look at the attached screenshot, I would like to do one of two things or both.
1.) Remove the darker/gray/graphite strip across the top of the screen.
2.) Get rid of the title and stars and everything else from the top of the screen. I ONLY want fanart, logos and media flags.
As I said, I am a novice and do not even know where to begin. I love to see as much of that fanart as possible, but dislike how many of them get obscured by that strip of darker color along the top. Of course, my assumption is that it exists to give the white movie titles a nice backdrop. I however would just like a nice clean slate at the top.
