Mac OS X / different versions
#1
Is there more than one version of Mac OS X? I tried to install Kodi 15.2 on an Apple laptop version Mac OS X and the message I got was:

Kodi cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure Kodi works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X.

Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

I now see that there are 13 versions of Mac OS X but wonder which versions will work on Kodi 15.2?

IIRC it's OS X 10.7+.
Which version of OS X do you have installed?

We have version 10.6.8 Maybe this is too old a version.

Yes. I think Gotham is the most up to date version of Kodi that will work with Snow Leopard (10.6.8). I may be wrong about that but it's either Gotham or Helix.

Or you could update your OS.
