If any of developers (or anyone with scripting knowledge) is reading this maybe they can answer my huble question if this is doable with reasonable effort.

For me it doesn't have to have a fancy interface, a button in programs folder is good enough.
A "simple" (?) script where You set the root folder ()path where to start the scanning recursively would be a great starting point!
Any ideas or thoughts regarding this idea??
