Hi,

Jmarshall did a great job in making Albumartist to be used in xbmc music libary albums, but think it would be great to also have an option to enable Album Artist instead of Artist for the ARTIST.

Hope someone can help out.

or better yet.

An extra view for ALBUMARTIST

so you have:
Genre
Artist
Album Arist
etc
etc

This would help HEAPS and would be greatly appreciated :-D

Via advancedsettings.xml you can already make it so only "primary" artists (album artists basically) show up in artist view unless you go in via a Genre, where all artists are shown.

This will probably be made a toggle in the GUI settings at some point I think, as it's something that is quite useful to have turned off.

I don't think I'll bother with a separate directory node at the moment, though if/when we get directory node configuration (eg to turn off stuff you never use) we may be able to add it.
