I have my albums like:
Music/A/Abba/Abba - Gold/music.mp3
Music/C/Chess/music.mp3
....
In the folders Music, /A/ and /C/ I have images like Folder.jpg
But I want to use the name folder.png instead. Because it can be transparency Like all other icons on XBMC360.

So why don´t look after the file folder.png if it exist and after that, use folder.jpg?

maybe it´s better to use the folders name like A.png and C.png instead. But it have to be possibly have transparency in the Thumbnail!

ever tried to name it folder.png and try it... seems to work fine for me. Of course my audio shares are also accessible by my windows machine and when doing a thumb or custom folder view it doesnt seem to like png very well.

you can also save it as a png and rename it to folder.jpg and it keeps its transparency fine
