Since there isn't a maintainer for the add-on bromix started at this time, I'm open to trying out new addons with active developers. I'm not saying I'll switch but if you've used one and been happy with it I'd like to know about it.

The add-on should still work for you without Bromix supporting it, is there something you would like to see in the add on that it doesn't do now?

It will still work but any problems with it will go unfixed so it makes sense to try new ones and give my usership (?) to an add-on that may go underdeveloped due to lack of users. If that makes sense?

Sure, no worries. I'm sure someone will fork it and pick up support, it's too good not to. Have you tried Chrome Launcher as a backup? It simply launches Youtube in a browser window but good to have as a backup option.

honestly, if it breaks someone will fix it, it's too popular to stay broken..
