Is there way to get automatically load up and show up a certain page of Addon..? If yes, how and where to configure to it?

As an add-on, there is no way I can see Kodi control. You might be able to open the add-on window at start with a little xml ediiting, some of the skins allow weather/video etc to open as your start page. There may be work arounds, but I have no experience with them.
