I upgraded to latest kodi version
When i try to open it mac warnes me that the file has errors in it and to move it to trash ??

This sounds like a Gatekeeper problem. You should try right clicking the app, select "open" and then when you get a prompt about trusting the app select "open" again. You may have to enter an admin password.
