Hi Guys new to kodi i have an imac google chrome installed on mac and chrome cast fitted to tv everything works ok when i play movies to tv via chrome cast But if i try to mirror the screen on my imac from kodi to the tv i have NO sound ive tried everything i can think of ? the picture is first class stream but no sound .Any help would be great .Thanks .

Have you tried mirroring before you start Kodi?

I would also check the Kodi audio settings to make sure that there isn't anything mis-configured

Sometimes screen casting software creates virtual audio devices to handle audio

Do you have audio from the iMac when mirroring the screen?

Hi Dan no sound at all when i mirror the screen . everything else works ok u tube a recored movie in fact anything i throw at chrome cast works . BUT it wont have it when you mirror the Mac to the tv .
Any help would be great .
