Hello: I am relatively new to Kodi. Just wondering what the legal kodi plugins are? I guess a few suggestions would be great. Is morepower legal?

Anything in the kodi repo is fine.
Anything that gives you the latest tv and movies without paying the copyright owner or their licensee is clearly not legal.
