Hi
I am looking for an Application launcher to run when Windows starts and be controlled by standard MC IR commands. I would mainly use it to launch Kodi or Plex or a browser.

Anyone have any knowledge or thoughts on this?
Kodi 18.5 on NVIDIA Shield TV, Denon AVR-X4400H, Monitor Audio Gold speakers + dual XTZ 12.17 subs, JVC DLA-x7900 projector, LG 55SJ810V TV

FYI I have found and have started to use Vee-Launcher which is pretty good actually. Very Remote Control friendly and the author is contactable.

PS The download above does work if you follow the instructions carefully - my bad!
