v15 Add-ons not installing
#1
I am having an issue with video add-ons installing. Some will, some won't. Usually the ones I want to install are doing nothing after I click install; NTV, Hulu, All-in-one, USTVnow, AmazonPrimeMovies - The ones I want to actually use. While I have no trouble installing things I really do not care about.

When I check the changelog while they install I see the word "Downloading" in the top left corner, the the working sign pops up for a second and the words "No information found" show up quickly then the page goes completely blank.

I am new to Kodi and would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Seems your userdata is totally corrupted. Move the Kodi userdata folder away and try again

It's not a file. It's a complete folder and the log shows you didn't move it

It is gone from the Kodi folder I right clicked and deleted it. It is not there to try to do it again.

This is your data folder
C:\Users\Julie\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata

And it still contains a lot of problems making stuff.

That path doesn't exist on my system. There is no appdata file.

I did a search of my system and there is no appdata file on my computer for Kodi.

I found it, it was a hidden file.
