Req Delete addon profile when you uninstall addon
#1
Maybe the option exists somewhere that I'm completely missing (?)

When deleting an addon it would be useful if you could delete the addon's profile directory as well, perhaps there could be a setting, advanced or in gui, that you can set on what the default action should be
- yes
- no
- prompt

Reasoning is when users have issues with addons they will usually try an uninstall/re-install process thinking it will help - which it usually doesn't

In the cases where they want to reset the addon back to original, no previously saved settings, databases, temporary file etc still sticking around that could be the source of the problems

Also some addons could save up data that could grow and take up valuable space, never to be cleared unless you do a full Kodi uninstall

Makes sense indeed to ask this on uninstall. " Would you also like to remove stored settings for this add-on?"

Yes, tbh i was quite surprised how poorly kodi cleans up after itself in general.
In case of addon 'leftovers' it would be really helpful to at least be presented with this option. Very valid request in my opinion.

Giving this a little bump to see if it could be put on the radar for v18
