Hi,

Unfortunately I do not unfderstand what they mean with "highlight the Audio CD from the My Music root listing and choose Rip Audio CD from the context menu"

I'm using my Kodi installation via Android App and when inserting a Cd, I only have the options to replay it or to eject it. So where is this "my music root" thingy and how can I open a context menu when no mouse is connected?

If by 'android remote ' you mean kore, then the context menu is top left button on the remote panel. Looks like a clipboard or menu.
