Kodi won't open anymore. Says can't create application and is exiting. Any ideas? I have tried to do a complete uninstall and reinstall but that did not help. If anyone can help me that would be great.

The way you say "Kodi won't open anymore" tells me that you once had Kodi running on this box? No version, hardware information or o/s is specified, so here's a generic windows fix. It's most probable that the userdata folder has the issue.
Let's go back to a 'virgin' install.
Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodi
Delete the folder C:\Users\Your_Computer_Name\AppData\Roaming\Kodi
