Im running Kodi 15.2 with ServerWMC and have set paddings in Kodi TV to start 5min before and end 15min after but its not working at all.. no padding on any recordings ...Am i doing something wrong. Thanks.. Searched the forum and couldnt find much info except that you could use ServerWMC to do the padding but that looks like its no longer supported

Without a log its hard to say for sure. But if you haven't made any changes from the serverwmc defaults, by default serverwmc uses the default padding set in wmc. If you really want to use Kodi padding (for < Kodi16) then change the padding type value in the settings file to:

<PaddingType>xbmc</PaddingType>

The padding options were removed from the gui because in Kodi16 and higher serverwmc will always take the padding from kodi so it would be confusing to leave it in the gui.
