I'm trying to DIY an RSS feed for the home screen. So far I have this:

http://toao.net/pub/rss/test.xml

All that I see on the ticker is simply the letter "W". It seems to take the first character of the title, then ignores the rest.

If anyone has a "Hello world" RSS example that is compatible with Confluence, or can tell me what I did wrong with my XML file, I would appreciate it.

I backed up my .kodi directory, reflashed my SD card, and restored my .kodi directory. Now, RSS works.
