Kodi loses my SMB connectioin

I am using 15.2 on my Matricom mx2 and Q and 2 macs and one notebook I just updated all of my units all at the same time including my Open Elec I have a acer Veriton with Openelec on it and I have WD 3 TB hard drives with movies on them hooked up to the Acer Using Open Elec as a program that allows me to use Kodi on any of my computers and Matricoms I set up my files.. When I first set it up all is OK. Once any of my units sit for awhile 4 or so hours without being used and I go back on it and into the program go to movies click on the movie I want to watch and it comes up This file is no longer available. Would you like to remove it from the library? Yes No So I go back into Videos then files click on the saved Hard drive File Name and I get "Connection timed out" Click on the OK and then I get Could not Connect to Network Server So I Go back into Videos -- File-- Add Videos Upcpomes the Add Video Source Screen Go to Browse and click it Up comes Browse for new share. Scroll to Windows Network (SMB) and up comes Error 2 Share not available. However I am watching a movie on my computer from the same device. So I check that Device and it is working fine It sees the list and I can watch the movie. Now If I shut off the Acer and reboot Open Elec Now all of my devices work and when I go through the steps to the Browse For New Share-- Windows network (SMB) it shows all of my devices that are available. Wait for awhile and not use one of my units and again there is nothing there just like before I have checked settings etc I am not sure what I have done or what i did not do for this to occur. Something is going to sleep and it isn't me.

It's difficult to tell from the descriptions given.

Shifted to OS independent then until more information is provided.

I guess it's a problem with the shares USB drives not being available after a couple of hours.

If it's not a problem of the host and might be a problem produced by the client, I guess it's hard to solve because the hardware he uses is not supported by OpenELEC:

http://openelec.tv/get-openelec

See last part of that download section...saying:

Quote:AMLogic/MX Builds (unofficial)

The OpenELEC project does not provide or support the unofficial AMLogic builds used with some M8, MX2, MXQ, DroidBox (and others) hardware. Although these builds are OpenELEC named the staff in these forums have no knowledge of the OS changes made in these builds or the unique hardware they are used on. As most problems require some level of knowledge of the OS or hardware in use we are rarely able to help. Please use the links below for AMLogic OS updates and support:
